on computers. Most government records are considered public unless they fall into one of the exempt categories. If the district creates, owns, or keeps a record as part of its government work &#8211; like fire incident reports, budgets, meeting minutes, or agreements with other agencies &#8211; it\u2019s usually available to the public under state laws such as the Public Records Act.
