Many people are part of the District in various capacities. Most of our team is made up of volunteers. The District has approximately 25 volunteer responders now on our roster. Responders earn a small stipend for each call. The fire chief is the only full-time salaried employee. Those who work in the office are part-time and paid by the hour. Non-combat volunteers are not paid.
